MERCHANDISER

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to oversee administrative and operational functions, ensuring efficient workflows, accurate reporting, and effective team management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Inventory & Logistics Control

• Oversee stock accuracy, reconciliation, transfers, and warehouse logistics.
• Identify stock discrepancies and ensure proper inventory control.

1. E-commerce & Website Operations

• Supervise daily e-commerce and website operations.
• Ensure accurate product listings, stock, orders, sales data, and order fulfillment across all platforms.

1. Sales Reporting & Data Management

• Consolidate and verify sales reports across all outlets and channels.
• Monitor operational expenses and provide accurate reports to management.

1. Vendor & Mall Relations

• Manage communications and operational coordination with vendors, business partners, and mall management.
• Monitor deadlines, payments, and resolve operational issues.

1. Administrative & Financial Control

• Manage vendor payments, petty cash, operational expenses, and financial reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate financial records, invoices, and payment documentation.

1. Team Supervision & Process Improvement

• Supervise administrative and e-commerce teams, including task delegation and monitoring.
• Maintain SOPs, improve workflows, and ensure operational issues are resolved independently.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administration, operations, retail, or a related field.
• Previous experience supervising a team or coordinating multiple operational functions is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including reporting and data reconciliation.
• Familiarity with inventory management, e-commerce platforms, website operations, and retail administration.
• Experience handling vendor payments, petty cash, and financial documentation.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High integrity, attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to handle confidential business information.
• Experience in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
