Our client is an internationally leading cosmetics company that offers high-quality beauty products. For their office in central Stockholm, we are now seeking an accounting assistant for their finance department. YOUR DUTIES
In the role of accounting assistant, you will work full-time and perform varied tasks within finance and administration. Your main duties will be:
- Assisting with the financial processes at the office
- Developing and updating SharePoint with information
- Developing and updating routines for change processes
- Credit card reconciliations
- Project analysis
- Assisting with financial review of contracts
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for you who have a degree in finance or education with a focus on analysis, or alternatively have worked with similar tasks previously, for example, finance administration. As a person, we see that you have good analytical ability as well as previous experience working in Excel and are organized. Furthermore, we see that you who apply are a curious person who can work both in a group and independently, as well as likes to take your own initiative. Since it is an international company, good knowledge of English in both speech and writing is a requirement.
