Site Manager for Nordia

Do you want to take overall responsibility for earthworks projects from planning to completion? Nordia is looking for a Site Manager who creates structure, drives finances, and leads the team towards results.

Nordia is a northern Swedish contractor within construction and civil engineering that works to create value through efficient and sustainable solutions. As a Site Manager within earthworks, you will work in a project-based role where you lead projects across all of Norrbotten. You are responsible for the project from planning to completion with a focus on economy, work environment, quality, and leadership – combining a holistic view with presence in production.

Tasks

• Production planning and daily management with responsibility for creating structure and progress.
• Responsibility for economy, forecasts, and follow-up within the project.
• Leading foremen and skilled workers as well as coordinating subcontractors.
• Ensuring quality, work environment, and schedule throughout the entire project.

Requirements for the position:

• Experience as a Site Manager or Foreman within earthworks, civil engineering, or construction.
• Good financial understanding as well as experience with forecasting/follow-up.
• Good computer skills.
• Ability to communicate in English, both spoken and written.
• B-driver's license.

Merit:

• Construction technology education or equivalent experience.
