Job Mission

Ensure the operational continuity, implementation, and optimization of the client's IP networks in the telecommunications sector, guaranteeing accurate technical documentation, efficient incident resolution, and rigorous compliance with cybersecurity regulations and service levels.

Main Functions

  • Provide detailed technical engineering documentation for network operations (new implementations, expansions, and deployment of new technologies).
  • Diagnose, escalate, and timely resolve incidents or service interruptions derived from network activities.
  • Rigorously record and report all changes in the network infrastructure, evidencing the hardware and software deployments carried out.
  • Guarantee timely compliance with internal processes and the operational standards established by the client.
  • Collaborate and share technical knowledge with the team and IT areas, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity policies and standards.
  • Participate in and coordinate technical meetings for project progress presentations, activity planning, and technical feedback.

Profile Requirements

Education:

Advanced student or Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields.

Certifications and Languages:

Languages: Intermediate-advanced English (B2 mandatory). Required Certifications: CCNA, HCNA, or JNCIA. Desirable Certifications: CCNP, HCNP, or JNCIS-SP.

Work Experience:

Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in:

  • Implementation of IP networks.
  • Technical support/customer service in IP network architecture.
  • Design and integration of IP network solutions.

Required Technical Knowledge:

Base Protocols and Technologies:

STP / MSTP / RSTP, VLAN, IPv4, NAT.

Routing and MPLS:

OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, MPLS, LDP, RSVP.

Network VPNs:

L3VPN, L2VPN.

Desirable / Valued Knowledge:

  • Knowledge in IPv6 (OSPFv3, IS-IS, BGP4+).
  • Next-Generation Technologies: Segment Routing (SR / SRv6 / SRv6-Policy), EVPN, VXLAN, CGNAT.
