Junior Talent Attraction Specialist - Hybrid

Junior Talent Attraction Specialist San José, Costa Rica | Indefinite contract | Hybrid modality, mostly remote

We are looking for a Junior Talent Attraction Specialist to join our team and participate in end to end recruitment processes, mainly for operational positions. This position represents an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to develop and consolidate their career in recruitment, gaining experience in the different stages of the selection process and working closely with candidates and clients.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage end to end recruitment processes, from the job profiling and posting to the closing of the process.
• Perform candidate sourcing and attraction for different positions, mainly operational.
• Post vacancies and use different recruitment sources and platforms.
• Execute telephone screenings and initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates during the different stages.
• Keep candidate information updated in platforms and databases.
• Support the collection and validation of documentation for hiring.
• Maintain constant communication with candidates and internal teams.
• Meet the established times and objectives for the selection processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably for operational positions, or previous experience as a Recruitment Assistant.
• Student of Psychology, Human Resources, Administration, or related careers, preferably in final semesters or with a university degree.
• Experience using employment platforms and recruitment tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Proactivity, results orientation, and willingness to learn.

Conditions:

• Indefinite contract.
• Hybrid modality, mostly remote. (Minimal physical presence, only to attend meetings, activities, or specific matters that require office attendance.)
• Location: San José, Costa Rica.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday.
