Training Officer

The Training officer for STS Group will be responsible for the development and delivery of training programmes for drivers as required by the business to maintain safe, timely and smart services. They will also support setting required development plans by recommending suitable and relevant training programmes. The training officer will be responsible for post-delivery management including measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of training programmes and planning improvements which will enhance the standards of STS Group. Skills and Qualifications

*Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. *Training delivery or tutoring qualification, such as Train the Trainer certification. *Excellent communication skills, with strong training design and presentation skills. *Proficiency in Hindi is required.

Experience

*Minimum three years’ experience in training design and delivery within the transportation/mobility or education industry. *Proven experience in delivering defensive driving training to heavy bus drivers. *Experience in training school bus drivers is an added advantage.
