What are you going to do? As a warehouse employee, you are the most important link in the logistics process. You ensure that medical products arrive at the right place so that they quickly reach the people who need them. As a result, your work has a direct impact on the lives of others.

Your workday looks like this:

• Joint daily start with your team, where tasks are distributed and current topics are discussed.
• Receipt and inspection of goods, with quality always being the top priority.
• Processing of orders and preparation of shipments for dispatch.
• Ensuring order and cleanliness in the warehouse.
• During your longer break, you can use the modern canteen or take a walk in the directly adjacent nature.

What do we offer? When you start at Stryker, you can expect the following:

• Gross hourly wage of €15.23 (based on a 40-hour week, excluding shift allowances).
• Possibility to work in day shift or in a two-shift system with a shift allowance of 32% between 19:00 and 07:00.
• Working hours in the two-shift system:
• Early shift: 06:00 to 14:30
• Late shift: 14:30 to 23:00
• 27 vacation days and 8.5% vacation pay.
• Prospect of a permanent employment contract with good performance.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.
