PRODUCTION MANAGER

Your tasks

• Planning and organization: Operational planning, organization, and monitoring of the entire production process with the aim of meeting deadlines and high quality standards.
• Team management: Leading role in the organization and coordination of the production team's work, motivating employees, and ensuring a safe and productive working atmosphere.
• Quality and cost control: Monitoring manufacturing in all phases (from primary processing to final assembly), controlling material consumption, and optimizing costs and resources.
• Process improvement: Continuously identifying areas for improvement and introducing more efficient working methods and production optimization.
• Collaboration with other departments: Close cooperation with the design/engineering, procurement, and management departments to ensure timely information flow.
• Reporting: Regular reporting to management on production efficiency and achieved goals.

Requirements

• Education: VŠS / VSS – mechanical engineering major (bacc. ing. mech. / mag. ing. mech. or dipl. ing. strojarstva).
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the same or similar management positions in the manufacturing industry.
• Language: Active knowledge of English in speaking and writing.
• Leadership skills: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage a team.
• Technical literacy: Excellent knowledge of technological processes for manufacturing mechanical parts and advanced reading of technical documentation and drawings.
• Software literacy: Mandatory excellent knowledge of working in ERP systems for production and resource tracking. Mandatory knowledge of working in CAD programs (viewing, analyzing, and creating/adapting technical drawings and 3D models).
• Other: Category B driver's license, independence in work, and a high level of responsibility.
