What you bring with you:

• Technical understanding and interest in production processes
• Ideally basic knowledge in the application (design setup) of Photoshop
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Careful and structured way of working
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
• Solid English skills for cooperation with international partners
• Willingness to work in staggered shifts between 07:00 and 18:00 as well as to participate in on-call duty on weekends

This is your area of responsibility:

• Setup and operation of our digital printing systems
• Creation and adaptation of production data in Photoshop
• Setting up glass decoration cabins
• Implementation and monitoring of production processes including quality control
• Participation in product and design developments
• Adaptation and further development of existing designs as well as creation of new designs
• Communication with international technicians (e.g., from Italy and Spain)
• Coordination with internal departments, e.g., Marketing
• Development of engobes, roller printing, cover glazes, and granulates
• Carrying out incoming inspections in the laboratory
