Lead
We’re looking for individuals who are interested in developing towards team leadership and management responsibilities. You will begin by developing your foundation in face-to-face sales and customer engagement while receiving structured coaching. As you demonstrate the required skills, consistency and leadership ability, you may have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities such as coaching new team members, supporting training and assisting with team activities. Previous management experience is not mandatory. Key Responsibilities
- Represent established brands professionally
- Engage customers through face-to-face interactions
- Present products and services
- Understand customer needs
- Handle customer questions and objections
- Attend structured training and coaching
- Work towards individual and team objectives
- Support newer team members
- Assist with team activities and training
- Develop communication, coaching and leadership skills
Requirements
- Full-time / Part-time availability
- Strong communication skills
- Mature and responsible attitude
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Comfortable taking responsibility
- Able to motivate and work with others
- Previous sales, customer service or leadership experience is an advantage
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly salary: $2,000 – $4,000+, depending on experience, performance and overall compensation structure
