Your tasks

This is a defined, multi-stage training track — not an open-ended "learn as you go" role. You'll move through clearly outlined stages of development, each with its own skills focus, before progressing into a full Commercial Executive position.

• Complete structured training stages covering customer engagement and sales fundamentals
• Support live campaigns under the guidance of a senior mentor
• Gradually take on independent customer-facing responsibilities
• Receive documented, regular progress reviews
