Corporate Producer

Your tasks

Win and develop major corporate accounts as a Corporate Producer specialising in major risks. You'll use your market knowledge and relationships to open conversations with larger organisations, understand their exposures and shape insurance solutions around their needs.

The opportunity

• Originate and develop new corporate business, focusing on major and complex risks.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers and understand the commercial issues behind their insurance requirements.
• Shape proposals and presentations that make a clear case for the brokerage's services.
• Work with broking and specialist colleagues to develop appropriate solutions for prospective clients.
• Manage opportunities through the sales process, from initial contact to securing new business.

Requirements

Who would suit it?

• An established insurance producer with a track record of winning corporate business.
• Experience with larger or more complex risks and the judgement to engage credibly with senior clients.
• Strong relationship-building and presentation skills, with a consultative approach to business development.
• Someone who can manage a sales pipeline and progress opportunities with persistence.

What we offer

The role is with a large insurance brokerage and offers a basic salary of £60,000 to £100,000, with£200,000 OTE. It could suit a producer who is comfortable with complex risks and wants the earning potential to reflect the level of business they can bring in.

The package

• Basic salary of £60,000 to £100,000, depending on experience.
• £200,000 OTE.
