Project/Research Associate

Responsibilities:

Conduct desk and field research Analyze quantitative and qualitative data Prepare technical reports Support proposal development Contribute to evidence generation for project implementation, advocacy, and policy engagement.

Requirements :

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (B.Sc. or equivalent) in Food Science and Technology, Nutrition and Dietetics, Biochemistry, Agriculture, Public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or other relevant disciplines.

Minimum of 4 years of experience within an Agricultural/Food & Nutrition company

A postgraduate qualification (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) and relevant consulting, project management, or research experience will be an added advantage.

Strong analytical, communication, report-writing, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Knowledge of data analysis software, graphic design applications (e.g., CorelDRAW, Canva, Adobe Suite), or digital communication tools will be an added advantage.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Willingness to travel when required.
