To strengthen our sales team in the office, we are looking for a commercial sales employee (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time (at least 32 hours per week).

Tasks:

• You are the first point of contact for our specialist retail customers in our office.
• Support for our field service
• Telephone customer support
• Complete order management for pre-orders and immediate orders: order receipt, processing, confirmation, and changes.
• Allocation of goods from production to customer orders, shipping inspection, and control. Creation of delivery notes.
• Personnel responsibility for a four-person warehouse team in the area of pre-picking/picking, NOS, and reorder warehouse.
• EDI and B2B webshop order processing
• Participation in trade fairs
• Maintenance and updating of customer master data

Qualification:

• Completed commercial training. Or adequate other training.
• Ideally experience in a comparable position in sales within textiles/clothing.
• Proficient use of MS Office programs Excel, Outlook, Word.
• Generally high software affinity to be able to quickly familiarize yourself with common ERP programs.
• Very good English skills in spoken and written form.
