Missions:
In a context of strong international growth, we are creating a Technical Support Engineer position, where your responsibilities are varied:
- Provide end-to-end technical support to our external clients on their infrastructure, particularly in the event of a failure of our product in OnPremise (Linux and SIP protocol),
- Manage complex incidents and maintain operational conditions,
- Guarantee the availability, performance, and security of the platforms,
- Participate in evolutions, migrations, and the monitoring of production releases,
- Verify the network, the load balancer, and the DNS on the client's infrastructure to diagnose platform failures,
- Document environments and technical procedures.
- Set up test laboratories for the reproduction of client incidents.
On-call shifts are to be expected.
Profile sought:
You have at least 4 years of experience (excluding internships and apprenticeships) as a systems and networks engineer or administrator / Linux system expert / technical support engineer and advanced skills in Linux as well as in TCP/IP, IPv4 & IPv6 protocols and ideally VoIP / SIP. Knowledge of Bash scripting, databases, server administration, routing / switching, and virtualization (VMWare) will also be necessary. You have a good level of English, both written and spoken.
