Warranty and Logistics Coordinator (Palhoça-SC)

Responsibilities and duties
- Coordinate the Warranty cell team, promoting technical and behavioral development and ensuring the coverage of critical activities;
- Coordinate the complete cycle of warranty processes, from complaint registration to the issuance of credit to the customer;
- Monitor and act on bottlenecks that impact the service time of the processes;
- Ensure compliance with deadlines and requirements related to complaints with the represented companies and regulatory bodies;
- Ensure the safekeeping of evidence and compliance with action plans and audits;
- Ensure the traceability of products returned under warranty, maintaining the consistency of information between systems;
- Coordinate the collection, receipt, and export of warranty materials, together with the Logistics and Foreign Trade areas;
- Monitor reverse logistics processes, seeking efficiency and reduction of unproductive collections;
- Coordinate the reconciliation of credits resulting from warranty processes, in partnership with the Finance and Accounting areas;
- Coordinate the early equipment exchange processes (AEX), monitoring the return windows established by the represented companies;
- Ensure structured and timely communication with customers during the warranty process;
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, automation, and reduction of rework in the cell's processes;
- Act in partnership with the Technology area in the prioritization and implementation of improvements;
- Manage the cell's indicators, reporting results, deviations, and action plans to management;
- Ensure the quality and reliability of the data used for decision-making.
Requirements and qualifications
Essential:
- Completed higher education in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Foreign Trade, or related areas;
- Advanced English, for technical and business interface with international represented companies, reading and handling technical reports, and using manufacturers' systems;
- Professional experience in operations and process management;
- Experience in team leadership or project management.
Will be considered a differential:
- Experience in the medical device segment, health products, or environments regulated by Anvisa;
- Experience with technical after-sales processes;
- Experience with reverse logistics;
- Knowledge of Foreign Trade and export processes;
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and requirements applicable to health products, such as ISO 13485 and RDC Anvisa;
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools, such as Lean and Six Sigma;
- Experience with indicator management, data analysis, and BI.
