Your tasks

• Manage and lead a team of beauty advisors, ensuring high standards of service and performance
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
• Oversee the maintenance of the facilities, equipment, and inventory to ensure a clean, safe, and well-stocked environment
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and industry regulations
• Collaborate with the wider team to contribute to the overall success and growth of the business

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
• Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets
• Hands-on experience in managing a team and developing their skills and performance
• Thorough understanding of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
