The role requires leading the corporate cybersecurity strategy, strengthening the protection of data, transactions, and critical services. The role will be responsible for the comprehensive governance of technological security, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, availability, and resilience of systems. We are looking for a professional with experience in cloud environments, incident management, compliance with regulations such as PCI DSS and ISO 27001, and operational continuity plans. Experience in automation, generative AI applied to security, and leadership of specialized teams will be valued. The Security Lead will be key in risk mitigation and regulatory compliance. We are looking for an Information Security Manager with a strategic vision.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the definition, implementation, and evolution of the organization's comprehensive cybersecurity strategy.
• Establish and maintain information security governance, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Oversee security risk management by identifying, evaluating, and mitigating threats and vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate security incident response, minimizing the impact on operations and the company's reputation.
• Implement and optimize technological solutions for the protection of data, networks, systems, and applications.
• Manage and develop the cybersecurity team, fostering a high-performance and continuous learning environment.
• Validate security in the software development life cycle (DevSecOps) and in cloud environments.
• Ensure operational continuity and disaster recovery through the management of BCP/DRP plans.
• Promote a security culture throughout the organization through awareness and training programs.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, threats, and technologies in the field of cybersecurity.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity and computer security.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading organizational security areas, regulatory compliance, or high-transaction environments.
• Professional in Systems Engineering, Computer Security, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Telecommunications, Technological Risks, or related fields.
• Expert knowledge in Cloud Security, IAM, DevSecOps, SIEM, SOC, and vulnerability management.
• Expert knowledge in standards and regulations such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR/LPDP.
• Expert knowledge in business continuity plans (BCP/DRP) and RTO/RPO metrics.
• Experience in executing ethical hacking tests.
• Knowledge in the application of generative AI in cybersecurity.
• Advanced English level (oral and written).
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex security projects.
