[SINGAPORE FLYER] Retail Assistant Cum Cashier

Job Summary

Provide service and assistance to customers to ensure a pleasant and memorable visit to the Singapore Flyer while accurately processing sales using the cashiering system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional customer service to promote and sell products effectively
• Assist customers in identifying and selecting suitable products based on their needs
• Apply detailed product knowledge to inform customers and enhance their shopping experience
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, point of sale presentation, and cleanliness
• Ensure displays and shelves are neat, well-stocked, and visually appealing
• Conduct monthly inventory checks to verify stock levels and accuracy
• Operate cashiering system accurately to process customer transactions
• Collaborate with team members to complete assigned duties and support store operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Completion of “N” Level or higher education
• At least 2 years of retail experience including cashiering duties
• Ability to work independently with confidence and a positive attitude
• Presentable, energetic, and approachable demeanor
