What matters to us

• You bring sound knowledge in Java; ideally, you also have experience with Spring Frameworks.
• You are enthusiastic about the analysis, modernization, and further development of existing applications.
• You have very good knowledge of Design Patterns in software design, actively participate in review processes, and also take Security-Best-Practices into account.
• You have sound experience in building scalable distributed applications, Micro-Service-Architekturen, and Cloud-Plattformen.
• You already have experience using AI-supported tools in the field of software development.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
• Motivation and interest in sharing your knowledge.

• Using strong communication skills, team spirit, high commitment, and solution-oriented thinking to actively advance ideas.
• Participation in Code Reviews to share knowledge and increase quality together.
