Job Description

As Warehouse Supervisor, you will coordinate daily warehouse operations based on group policies and optimize operational procedures.

Main responsibilities:

• Organize the warehouse layout to ensure efficient space utilization
• Ensure compliance with the daily plan for receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, in accordance with legal requirements and internal company procedures
• Coordinate the timely supply of raw materials, components, packaging, and consumables to production areas
• Clearly assign responsibilities, priorities, and operational objectives to warehouse workers, and monitor execution
• Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of storage activities and employee performance
• Supervise transport documentation, including CMRs and packing lists
• Communicate warehouse equipment breakdowns to the Maintenance department and ensure equipment is properly maintained
• Support the Quality department in handling transport-related complaints
• Establish contact with transport service providers, receive feedback, and monitor the quality of services provided
• Prepare reports and statistics regularly (inbound/outbound reports, stock reports, etc.)

Qualifications

• Experience in similar roles
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Autonomy, resilience, and proactivity
• Proficiency in ERPs (SAP or InforLN are valued) and Office365 tools (MS Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.)
• Proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written
• Resident in Ovar or surrounding areas
