Senior Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d) Your Tasks Online Marketing

• Identification of current online marketing trends and derivation of recommendations for action
• Development, implementation, and continuous optimization of holistic online marketing strategies
• Responsibility for the digital marketing budget including ROI monitoring and optimization
• Analysis and strategic interpretation of shop data using Mapp Intelligence (formerly Webtrekk) and Magento BI for data-driven decision-making
• Strategic further development and operational maintenance of our SEO & GEO strategy including project management of our agency
• Management and performance optimization of our affiliate network (partner management, program development)
• Conception of the Paid Advertising Strategy across all relevant channels (Social Ads, Programmatic Advertising, Search Ads)
• Use and integration of AI tools to increase efficiency in content creation, campaign optimization, and data analysis
• Conception and creation of high-selling email marketing campaigns including A/B testing, segmentation, and strategic list maintenance

E-Commerce

• Holistic management and continuous optimization of our D2C and B2B online shops based on Adobe Commerce/Magento
• Focus on KPI improvement: Conversion Rate, Average Basket Value, and Average Monthly Visits
• Product data maintenance and new creation of products in the shop system
• Conception, planning, and implementation of sales-promoting sales campaigns
• Strategic review management across all touchpoints (Shop Reviews, Google Reviews, Trustpilot)

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training or studies in the field of Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, or a comparable qualification
• At least two years of practical experience in online marketing, ideally with an e-commerce focus
• Experience in project management of external service providers and agencies
• Sound SEO knowledge (basic to advanced)
• Strong analytical thinking skills and a data-driven way of working
• Business fluent English skills in speaking and writing
• Strong teamwork skills, creativity, and a hands-on mentality
