HR Generalist

This market leading, innovative business is actively seeking an HR Generalist who's ready for the next step up in their strategic career! A newly created role that will support the highly experienced Senior Business Partners, this is a highly commercial business, and a role which will likely act as the perfect springboard to a Business Partner role for yourself!

We're considering candidates across a breadth of backgrounds although it would be helpful to be able to demonstrate experience from a fast paced, dynamic organisation, with a mixed blue & white collar workforce. It's a business who have worked incredibly hard to be at the forefront of their industry in cultural & diversity terms and as such, will provide a cracking environment to work in a progressive HR team, with great people.

Strong core ER experience is essential as the role will see the successful candidate coaching Managers across all manner of casework, which while led by you, will see you empowering others to upskill themselves and take ownership over time. Wider talent strategy is also a key strategic part of the roles scope, working on succession and workforce planning with your Business Partner in all moments.

Key duties include:

• Consult, advise and lead on complex ER case management.
• Responsibility for workforce planning and talent consultancy.
• Act as a genuine coach and strategist re: Managerial performance, team performance.
• Build rapport and relationships with key business leaders, gaining buy in and respect to role out key people strategy.
• Liaise with HR Ops to deliver great onboarding and employee lifecycle experiences.
