Stora Enso Paper AB Nymölla mill seeks engineer for technical customer service

Stora Enso Nymölla mill is located twenty kilometers east of Kristianstad in Bromölla municipality. The mill manufactures pulp using the magnefit method and uncoated fine paper. Our customer base includes, for example, Europe's largest paper wholesalers and office supply retailers, and Multicopy is our most well-known product. The production capacity is 340,000 tons of pulp and 475,000 tons of fine paper.

We are now looking for a positive, business-oriented, and outgoing colleague for our team within technical customer service. In this role, you will enter a parental leave substitute position, and you will have the opportunity to work in a cheerful group that has the customer in focus!
In this role, we offer you a great variety of tasks with a focus on customer service, technical sales support, and investigation of complaints regarding our paper products. You will also work with support during test prints and evaluation of new products, as well as lead and participate in quality and development projects. The position also includes physical customer visits, which means you will have the opportunity to travel to our customers.
Qualifications We are looking for you with a civilingenjör education, or alternatively, if you have other education or professional experience that can be assessed as equivalent. If you have a few years of experience in technical customer service, printing, conversion, or paper manufacturing, it is a merit.
As a person, you are positive, flexible, and have good collaborative skills. You are a good administrator who works in a structured and organized manner with high quality awareness. It is important that you have very good knowledge of English in both speech and writing.
