Operations Crew (Counter Front)

• Create a friendly, warm, and impressive experience for every customer, while maintaining Stonegoat's service standards
• Welcome customers professionally and build positive relationships with them
• Monitor the Climbing Area to ensure safety and that customers are correctly following gym rules
• Provide basic first aid and assist in overseeing the overall safety of customers within the premises
• Manage Front Desk duties, including customer check-ins, new customer registration, and the sale of entry passes, memberships, and retail products
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the gym and assist with general maintenance as appropriate
• Manage and restock operational equipment and products for sale
• Support the team in organizing various activities and events to ensure they run smoothly and successfully
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

Qualifications: Age 20 years or older Service-minded with a positive attitude toward customer care Good interpersonal skills, friendly, and able to work well in a team Responsible, hardworking, and punctual Physically fit, agile, and able to work standing or moving for long periods Able to communicate in English at a working level Basic computer skills Able to work in shifts, including Saturdays–Sundays and public holidays Able to handle and resolve immediate situations well, and ready to learn new things If interested in or fond of climbing, fitness, or sports, you will be given special consideration (no climbing experience required) If you have work experience in a gym, fitness, retail, Hospitality, or other service businesses, you will be given special consideration Fresh graduates are welcome Applicants must have the legal right to work in Thailand; the company does not provide Visa & Work Permit Sponsorship for this position
