Client Advisor

Your tasks

• Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Support customer journey from product discovery to after-sales service.
• Develop strong knowledge of climbing products. (shoes, gear, apparel, accessories)
• Provide fitting consultation. (especially climbing shoes)
• Educate customers on product usage, care, and performance.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
• Assist in stock receiving, replenishment, and stock counts.
• Work closely with team members to achieve store targets.

Requirements

1. Passion for retail, sports, or lifestyle brands
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Sales-driven mindset with customer-first attitude
4. Energetic, positive, and team-oriented
5. Previous retail experience is a plus
6. Good command of English communication
