Chemist - Food Technologist

A Chemist - Food Technologist with experience in the meat industry is required by a food company based in Lakkoma, Chalkidiki, for the staffing of the Quality Control and Production Management department.

Job Description:

Quality Control

• Internal control of maintaining production specifications at control points
• Internal control of correct product labeling
• Participation in the team maintaining the BRC & IFS system processes (Traceability and other system processes)
• Participation in the organization and management of the production process
• Monitoring, counting, and supervising the adherence to productivity schedules
• Monitoring and collecting information from the assigned production lines and their stages for the purpose of providing accurate information to management and the costing department

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Food Technologist school
• Graduate of a Production Organization and Management school
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Very good computer skills
• Discretion, seriousness, responsibility, acuity, industriousness
• Ability to take initiative where required
• Desire to join a dynamic and modern work environment and a desire for evolution within it
