*Duties*

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and ingredients
• Support the kitchen team in maintaining proper food handling and safety standards
• Ensure all dishes are stored properly after cleaning to prevent contamination
• Follow health and safety guidelines to uphold sanitation standards at all times
• Assist with waste disposal and recycling procedures in accordance with facility policies

*Skills*

• Experience in cleaning and food service environments preferred
• Knowledge of restaurant or hotel operations is a plus
• Ability to handle food safely and maintain proper hygiene standards
• Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
