For the Global Real Estate Management department, we are looking for the following as soon as possible at the Stühlingen or Kriftel location:
Responsible Electrical Specialist VCs (f/m/d)
Your responsibilities:
- You assume technical responsibility for the electrical safety of assigned VerkaufsCenter in Germany.
- You actively shape the technical further development of our locations, from modern charging infrastructure to future-proof building and IT solutions.
- You plan and manage inspections, maintenance, and investment projects and ensure safe and smooth operation.
- You advise our locations on all electrotechnical issues and work closely with internal and external partners.
- You accompany new construction and renovation projects from planning to successful implementation and represent the interests of Sto as the client.
How you will convince us:
- Completed vocational training as an Elektroniker (f/m/d) or a comparable qualification
- Successfully completed further training as an Industriemeister (f/m/d), Techniker (f/m/d), or Ingenieur (f/m/d) in the field of Elektrotechnik
- Several years of experience in the maintenance of electrical equipment and systems
- Knowledge in the field of building automation, house, and communication technology is an advantage
- Good knowledge of regulations and standards in the field of Elektrotechnik, particularly VDE 0105-100, the VDE 0100 series of standards, and professional association regulations (Berufsgenossenschaftliche Vorschriften)
- Confident handling of Office applications, databases, and modern communication media
- Good written and spoken English skills, technical English is an advantage
- Very good communication skills
- Willingness to travel nationally
