Technician / Operational Technology Expert (f/m/d)

as part of our team at the location in Stühlingen.

This is your responsibility:

• Inventory and analysis of the existing infrastructure at the worldwide locations of the Sto Gruppe
• Independent on-site adaptation of security concepts based on current analyses and future requirements
• Selection and supervision of external service providers, third-party companies, and suppliers in cooperation with other maintenance groups and purchasing
• Creation and updating of system and user documentation
• Compliance with the IT/OT security concerns of the mentioned systems
• Installation and modification of hardware and software of the mentioned systems
• Individual tasks according to the instructions of the supervisor

This is how you convince us:

• Completed training in electrical engineering, automation technology, computer science with further qualification as a technician or master in the field of electrical / information technology or a comparable qualification
• Strong communication skills as well as the ability for open dialogue
• High technical expertise
• Very good English skills in spoken and written form
• Sound knowledge of industrial OT architectures
• Knowledge of industrial network technology (Layer-2/3, VLAN, Routing, redundancy concepts)
• Knowledge of industrial bus systems and protocols
• Confident handling of common Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in Windows Server and Client administration is an advantage but not required
• PLC experience is an advantage but not required
• Ability to work in a team
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (approx. 30%)
