For our Marketing department at the Stühlingen location, we are looking for a dedicated Specialist Climate Partner Concept (f/m/d) who will further advance our Sto Klimapartnerkonzept with new ideas, high initiative, and great passion.

Your responsibilities:

• Strategic further development of the Sto Klimapartnerkonzept in coordination with division and department management
• Conception, organization, and continuous further development of training and educational formats for our field service teams and Klimapartner
• Planning, management, and coordination of targeted marketing and communication measures
• Collaboration in the creation and further development of target-group-oriented content within the framework of our B2B2C concept
• Planning, organization, and implementation of regional as well as nationwide Klimapartner events
• Establishment, operational management, and success control of effective lead management for our Klimapartner

How you can convince us:

• Successfully completed studies with a focus on marketing, communication, or sales, alternatively Betriebswirt des Handwerks or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in marketing, sales, communication, or a sales-related function is an advantage
• Understanding of modern sales processes, especially in the areas of Promote-to-Lead and Lead-to-Order
• Good understanding of the trades as well as the relevant target groups, especially painting and plastering companies
• Confident handling of MS Office and CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Willingness to undertake regular business trips within Germany
