YOUR ROLE

Manage a cost effective manufacturing process procedure in wafer fabrication, through the provision of operations support to the production line, so as to achieve organization's targeted manufacturing index. Take full ownership on all operational issues of assigned process

Maintain and support day to day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and real-time solution implementation

Ensure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, low cost by working with the Maintenance Specialists, Production Supervisors and Shift Engineers to achieve overall committed targets

Maintain, manage & improve department quality key performance index (wafer scrap, defectivity, SPC, FDC, non-conformance lot, excursion etc.)

To carry out quality task and support Process Engineer improvement and job efficiency

Manage Quality Tasks without guidance “On-Time” Execution. “On-Time” Data Entry. Escalate to Process Engineer for any abnormality result or deteriorated trend

Follow up on lots on hold based on OCAP

Execute SWR / DOE / Trial R&D lots

Manage Engineering Qualification & Evaluation

Execute & compile key measurement Index report eg. eSTAR, defect median, equipment long down & down time trend & pare to and etc

Able to trouble shoot OOC/OOS

Able to do recipe alignment between system and MADCS

Able to perform process fine tuning in OOC

Able to carry out 80% of Process Engineer’s task

Comply to the company’s security policy by adhering to the access privilege, control structures defined. Recognize security incidents or suspected problems by identifying abnormalities and reporting violations. Complete the annual security discipline refresher web-training and eQuiz. Support or participate in periodic audits, where needed, to determine security violations and inefficiencies.

Projects, duties or assignments that may be assigned, as part of the job responsibilities or development plan for the employee.

Conduct real time problem analysis on equipment failures, alarms, and SPC violation and determine solutions through liaising with all parties involved and through studying past cases. Implement corrective actions using established OCAP procedures. Implement more user-friendly tools, process specifications, clear procedures and TPM

All basic inline investigation reported real time to relevant owners with full details

Response to Lots on Hold. Disposition lots at real time and implement actions to prevent re-occurrence

Support training of operators through spec documentation, establishment of training materials, as well as training of OJT trainers

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

  • Degree (electrical, electronics, mechanical, chemical, mechatronics, production engineering or equivalent)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • With Electronics/Computer/Technical/Mechanical back ground
  • Min. 1 – 2 years of relevant experience.
