Key Responsibility
- Operate and monitor the UPW treatment system to maintain required water quality and flow.
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and system checks on pumps, filters, membranes, tanks, valves, and instrumentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to water quality, pressure, conductivity, TOC, and flow.
- Support breakdown maintenance and coordinate with contractors or vendors for repairs and servicing.
- Analyze system performance data and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, water quality results, and equipment performance.
- Coordinate with production, facilities, and quality teams to minimize disruptions to operations.
- Participate in equipment upgrades, commissioning, and qualification activities for UPW systems.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring system issues.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in UPW, water treatment, or semiconductor/manufacturing utility systems.
- Good Understanding of pumps, filtration systems, membranes, control systems, or water quality parameters.
- Troubleshooting, analytical, or problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

- Knowledge of PLC/SCADA systems
- Experience with preventive maintenance systems

- Ability to read technical drawings and P&IDs
