Etch Shift Operation Lead

YOUR ROLE Working independently, accountable to manage and lead a group of Maintenance staffs in achieving the best possible maintenance cost per wafer, equipment reliability, wafer fab yield and throughput parameters. Plan, organize and implement technical support and expertise on specific tools to Maintenance Specialist and Line Support staffs. Translates the requirements of Production and Engineering needs into maintenance tasks and work closely with them to achieve the overall committed targets in all aspects of manufacturing parameters. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES Degree in Engineering or similar  5 years of Wafer Fabrication Industrial  Familiar with LAM Rainbow, 4520XLE, Exelan HPT and AMAT SuperE Tools Set
