Engineer, Product & Test Engineering (JR 14619)

Your tasks

• Work closely with Test Development leader together to drive test strategy, test plan and characterization plan definition for NPI product development.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing and quality assurance teams throughout the product development process.
• Build technical documentation, including characterization plans, test plans, hardware request document, test status report and characterization report.
• Conduct testing and analysis to validate product performance and compliance with standards.
• Manage sample testing, anticipate potential issues and adjust processes to fulfill sample demand.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during development and production.
• Able to use ATE to perform simple debugging.
• Support product launch activities and provide technical assistance to customers and internal teams.
• Evaluate and improve existing products to enhance cost efficiency, output and quality by increasing yield, reducing test time, analyzing customer returns and test coverage improvement.

Requirements

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering or a related field.
• Experience in product development, design, or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in phyton and data analytic software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Experience with industrial standard ATE (V93K, T2000, Uflex+)
