Your tasks

> You support your sales colleagues

> Creating offers, order confirmations, and presentations, as well as supporting customer correspondence, are your main tasks

> Preparation of standardized contract documents (non-disclosure, maintenance, and support agreements, etc.) provides variety to your daily routine

> Support with sales activities (e.g., entry and maintenance of customer data, etc.) as well as support with marketing activities or the preparation of data for budget and sales planning, etc. round off your field of responsibility

Your profile

> Completed commercial training

> Experience in sales assistance or in a sales-related environment

> You work in a customer-oriented manner and are a self-motivated, independently working personality

> You enjoy working in a team and in a technical environment (software, production, automation)

> English skills in speaking and writing

> Very good MS-Office skills
