International Fleet Manager M/F
Within a dynamic and fast-growing structure offering a great career opportunity in the transport industry, you will hold the role of Fleet Manager M/F You are responsible for the coordination and management of daily transport operations, ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders involved Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Planning, organizing, and monitoring transport routes
- Organizing schedules
- Liaising between customers and partners to ensure smooth and efficient execution of operations
- Managing supplier/service provider relationships
- Monitoring and managing transport documents and compliance procedures
- Responding to customer requests and resolving any transport-related issues
- Contributing to process optimization to improve service quality
- Handling requests and/or complaints
- Position to be filled from Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM
Conditions:
- Remuneration between 35KE and 45KE depending on experience
- Restaurant card, mutual insurance
You have proven successful experience in a similar position, ideally in the transport or international logistics sector You possess:
- Good mastery of road transport regulations
- Knowledge of customs regulations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and priority management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good mastery of IT tools related to transport and logistics
- A professional level of English, indispensable for evolving in an international environment
