Your strengths

• You who are applying have post-secondary education in economics (university) and we would like to see that you have experience from similar tasks and have worked with this for at least 5 years, preferably in an international company.
• You have a good sense of service and consider it a matter of course to have order and tidiness in your work. To be the right person for this job, you should be meticulous, social, and show great commitment to the work.
• Your computer literacy is good and you are comfortable using the Office package. Good knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
• You write and speak English fluently.

Your role

• The position involves reporting to CFO Nordic and being responsible for leading the team.
• Location at our Swedish headquarters in Malmö.
• Your main tasks include ongoing bookkeeping in the business system SAP, reconciliations, compiling reports, and reporting group reconciliations.
• You coordinate and prepare monthly reporting and provide support in the month-end closing work as well as the interface to our regional Group Finance for all reporting.
• Together with the CFO, you are responsible for budget and forecast.
• You analyze and follow up on financial results and act as decision support and a sounding board for management.
• In your role, you constantly strive to improve and standardize our processes, tools, and working methods.
• Create documentation for the sales and development organization both nationally and internationally.
