This is the task

• Ensuring the trouble-free operation of all building technology systems (compressed air, heating, ventilation, refrigeration, and air conditioning technology)
• Responsibility for media processing and wastewater treatment
• Planning, organization, and execution of maintenance and repair work
• Ensuring the supply of media (e.g., gas, chemicals, operating materials)
• Further development and optimization of building automation systems
• Implementation of efficiency and improvement measures as well as the use of Lean methods (e.g., Shopfloor Management, 5S)
• Support in investment and infrastructure planning, including cost management of your own department
• Technical and personnel leadership of a team of around 15 employees

This is what we wish for

• Completion of a degree, or higher vocational training (eidg. FA, HF etc.)
• Several years of experience in building technology or industrial infrastructure
• Technical knowledge in industrial wastewater treatment is an advantage
• Experience in the disciplinary leadership of teams
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Good English skills
• Driver's license Cat. B
