📍 Location: Island wide, Singapore 💰 Salary: $3,200 – $3,400/month
What You'll Do:
- ✅ Complete structured training and grow into a supervisory role
- ✅ Learn daily operations and perform responsibilities independently
- ✅ Uphold the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values
- ✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- ✅ Assist in recruiting and developing junior team members
- ✅ Support employee counselling and performance management
- ✅ Take on additional duties as assigned by management
What We're Looking For:
- ✔️ Minimum 1 year of experience in the service industry
- ✔️ Bachelor's Degree in any field
- ✔️ F&B experience is an advantage
