The work also includes handling cases linked to the lease agreement, such as different types of applications, termination of lease agreements, housing assessment, as well as mediation and administration regarding our homes. Everything according to the regulatory framework that governs our operations.

Qualifications

  • At least high school level and/or other suitable education
  • Experience in Customer Service work/customer relations
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Experience working in property systems is highly meritorious; we use Fast 2.

Since our customers are both Swedish and international students, we are bilingual, and it is therefore a requirement that you have good knowledge of English, both orally and in writing.
