• You will take over the analysis and evaluation of quality data and coordinate quality-relevant topics in the field of system engineering.
• In addition, you will carry out investigations and functional tests on defective parts in our own laboratory.
• You will be in regular technical exchange with our OEM partners and work closely with the internal departments of Development, Service, and Production to clarify technical issues efficiently.
• Furthermore, you are responsible for the organization and supervision of field tests - from the selection of suitable test candidates to monitoring during ongoing operation and comprehensive documentation and evaluation of the results.
• The processing of liability claims is also part of your tasks. In doing so, you analyze the causes of damage and prepare all test and damage reports.
• Additionally, you will perform mass data analyses in system engineering to derive optimization potential for products and processes.
• You have successfully completed a degree in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in development or a laboratory environment.
• You convince through strong teamwork and communication skills as well as a goal- and result-oriented way of working.
• A high degree of conscientiousness, sense of responsibility, and independence also characterize you.
• Furthermore, you have good written and spoken English skills.
• Knowledge in the product area of heat pumps as well as experience in the quality area or quality management are desirable.
• Confident handling of common quality methods such as FMEA or 8D is a matter of course for you.
