Your tasks:

• You plan and coordinate quality plans as well as quality goals within the framework of product developments
• You conduct quality audits, including Quality-Gates, and document them carefully
• Furthermore, you analyze process data to identify potential for improvement
• Within the development team, you take on methodical leadership in FMEAs and GPSR rounds to ensure our standards
• Additionally, you support the development and validation of QM plans for purchased parts as well as qualification plans for in-house manufactured parts and assemblies
• You monitor compliance with quality standards within internal processes as well as with our suppliers
• You analyze quality problems systematically and develop suitable proposed solutions
• You also implement improvements in production and process workflows

Your profile:

• You have a successfully completed degree in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable field
• You already have several years of experience in the application of quality methods, such as FMEA, Pareto, quality audit, or process data analysis
• Experience in creating test plans as well as handling standards such as ISO 9001 or EN 60335 is desirable
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in development projects
• A strong analytical mindset and a high degree of quality awareness characterize you
• You are able to structure, analyze, and communicate complex issues in an understandable manner
• Good teamwork and communication skills are combined with strong assertiveness
• Good written and spoken English skills round off your profile
