Your Tasks
Do you want to design modern learning concepts, further develop digital training offers, and establish sustainable learning strategies? Then a varied position awaits you with responsibility for the planning, implementation, and continuous optimization of training and qualification measures.
Your tasks include:
- Development of learning strategies as well as training modules for digital and continuous learning
- Conception, introduction, and maintenance of target-group-specific learning paths
- Development of new training concepts and learning content
- Ensuring a uniform training appearance in accordance with Corporate Identity specifications
- Independent management of projects for the development of digital learning modules from conception to roll-out
- Close cooperation with specialist departments and relevant stakeholders
- Monitoring, analysis, and continuous improvement of course content, curricula, and learning paths
- Creation and provision of learning success controls as well as participant tests
- Ensuring a high quality of the training offer
Your Profile
- Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, Communication Science, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable function in the field of Training Management, Learning & Development, or Personnel Development
- Ideally experience in an international environment
- Strong project management competence and a structured way of working
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Business fluent English skills in speaking and writing
- Confident appearance as well as good negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical thinking and enjoyment in understanding and optimizing complex processes
- High level of initiative, enthusiasm, and team orientation
