*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled Excavator/Bobcat/Backhoe Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to perform various tasks related to excavation, grading, and site preparation. This role requires a strong understanding of heavy equipment operation and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

*Responsibilities*

• Operate excavators and other heavy equipment, including bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, and graders, to perform digging, grading, and paving tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project milestones are met.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist in the movement of materials around the job site as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues or concerns to management.

*Experience*

• Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, specifically with excavators and related machinery.
• Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting minor issues with machinery.
• Experience in excavator/loader operation, backhoe operation, grader operation, and paving is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications is beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $27.00 per hour
