Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and policies Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management Manage employee relations, performance, and benefits Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations Drive employee engagement and development initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field 3 years of HR experience Strong communication and leadership skills Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws Experience in the hospitality industry is an added advantage
