To Supervise and monitor civil&structure, works including monitoring of installation works in accordance with the approved drawings and statutory requirements and specifications
To conduct in-progress inspections and to identify any non-conformity and reports to the Qualified Person (QP)
To attend site, coordination, and quality meetings
Witness all the inspection and testing sessions performed to ensure compliance with designs and specifications
JOB REQUIREMENT
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building works. Preferably with experience in addition&alteration for instituional building / development.
Registered and a valid RRE accredited by the join Accredited Committee of Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES)
Preferred applicants with Certificate with Building Construction Safety Supervisors Course (BCSS)
Conversant in satutory code and requirements
Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
