WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU AS Freight Forwarding Agent / Dispatcher (m/f/d)

YOUR DIVERSE TASKS

• Independent dispatching of groupage, partial, and full loads
• Order processing including the creation of daily rates and transport documents
• Control and monitoring of punctual pickups and deliveries
• Support and advice for our customers on all questions regarding transport
• Processing of complaints and damage reports

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Completed training as Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung or a comparable commercial training, ideally with a focus on transport or logistics
• Experience in the dispatching and processing of transports
• Basic IT affinity and English skills
• As an independent team player with high commitment and strong communication skills, you fit perfectly into our team
