We are looking for a:

E/E Project Manager (m/f/d)

for a very important customer of ours.

Your tasks:

• Conception, planning, coordination, and implementation of projects in the field of electronics (E-Mobility)
• Full project responsibility from both a technical and commercial perspective
• Responsibility for product development in coordination with internal departments as well as with customers and suppliers
• Creation and controlling of project processes with regard to KPIs
• Reporting and documentation
• Participation in developments in the field of power electronics (design to series production)
• Monitoring of milestones
• Conducting status meetings and close coordination with the relevant specialist departments
• Development of product and process improvements

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies, preferably electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or comparable
• Optionally also technical vocational training with further qualification (Techniker, Technischer Betriebswirt)
• Several years of project and development experience in (power) electronics and the automotive environment is mandatory
• Know-how in the automotive standards area (IATF, ISO 26262, ASPICE, etc.) and Six Sigma methodology is desirable
• High communication, decision-making, and moderation skills
• Very good time and resource management
• An eye for continuous improvements
• Very good English skills
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
