Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Task

• Ensuring/further developing quality customer service
• Processing and following up on customer complaints
• Developing, assessing, and implementing preventive, quality assurance measures
• Analyzing, testing, and implementing the current state of customer requirements according to the QM system and Q-goals with the responsible department
• Quality support for customers
• Carrying out tasks in consideration of the QM manual
• Timely and standard-compliant execution of Q-tasks as well as compliance with drawing and specification requirements
• Participating in corrective and optimization measures
• Supporting suppliers in implementing quality requirements
• Initiating part holds due to non-compliance with drawing/specification requirements
• Special tasks as instructed by the supervisor
• Conducting short audits, internal process series, process acceptances

Your Profile

• Experience in the automotive sector
• Knowledge in assessment and quality documentation, in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), in dealing with customers and suppliers, and conducting audits
• Very good English skills
